FANTASTIC!!!
I had previously used Touchtone for obtaining paper copies of my DD214 and the "old" Vetrecs (?) card. I received an email notification for the new cards (with the branch of service - U.S. Army) and decided to order two. Unfortunately, the USPS machines ate my mail and the cards "disappeared" into the USPS void. I contacted Touchtone (Shelley) and she was able to get new cards sent to me. This time, the cards were "heavily" packaged and arrived promptly... with no additional charges. Touchtone, and of course its wonderful people, provides a great product and absolutely wonderful service.
I recommend Touchstone to all of my military friends...
