I lost my member copy of my DD 2:14 and had attempted several years ago from a different company to get another copy. Touchstone research group did an awesome job and was fast getting me another copy of that form. I also had the services of a veterans ID card made. It kind of seems gimmicky, a photo on the card of myself I think would’ve made it less gimmicky however it’s worked twice as ID getting a veteran discount. Submitting a photo to have on the ID would make this experience five stars. [But you can add a photo! You upload through your account page. Since you get 40% off on a second card, you can order another with photo.]
