Was going to do everything on line but wanted to know from a
real person exactly how long it was going to take. So I
called and got put on hold for a while until I got disconnected. Tried again and got someone right away. She was very nice and ended up getting the $99 service. Waited three working days. Then went online to track my papers.
Yes they were already to download. I had forgotten that they were going to do this. Well anyway they sent a hard copy in 5 days it was here. So I am very happy with the service.
Seems a little pricy for a retired guy. But everything they
promised came to real.
