In one word - AMAZING. I stumbled upon Touchstone's website from the va.gov website. After first reading several reviews from prior customers, I investigated the website a bit deeper and decided to express order my DD214.
Touchstones customer service is fabulous; I needed an answer to a question, so I called on a Wednesday night at 10pm EST and a wonder company representative took my call, provided my answer and accepted my payment on the spot. My order officially went in the next day Thursday am and my order was shipped within 24hrs and was available online for me to download. Touchstone provided my ordered status via email which was very helpful.
I strongly recommend Touchstone for any of their services simply because my first experience was that stellar.
