Touchstone's service was great. I needed my DD214 for a new job. After more than 30 years since separation, the original was no where to be found and I needed the DD214 like yesterday. I contacted Touchstone through their website. The request was made over a weekend. Within three days from the weekend request, I had the DD214 in my email inbox. Two days later, I had certified copies on my porch. Obviously, this is not a government run organization. Touchstone prides itself on service. They delivered.
